Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the LinguaMitra app provided by Quick Webster ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LinguaMitra. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You can use the app as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. The service
- LinguaMitra provides AI-powered language practice: real-time voice conversations, lessons, vocabulary review and feedback.
- Tutor responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They are for learning practice only and may sometimes be incorrect. Do not rely on them for professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
- An internet connection is required for tutor sessions. Some features work offline.
- We may change, improve, limit or discontinue features, and set daily usage limits for free users.
- The free version is supported by ads. LinguaMitra Pro is ad-free. Rewarded ads are optional and give bonus practice minutes that may be limited per day.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the app for anything illegal or harmful; harass, threaten or abuse; try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful or sexual content; share other people's personal information; reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service; or bypass usage limits or security measures. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Subscriptions (LinguaMitra Pro)
- Pro removes all ads and is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy.
- A free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play under Google Play's policies.
6. Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, lessons and brand belong to us. You keep ownership of what you say in sessions; you allow us to process it only to provide and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
